Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. They set the rules for using S-Tool Pro.

By downloading, installing or using S-Tool Pro (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.

Use it lawfully. S-Tool Pro is a tool for repairing devices you own or are authorized to service. Using it to break the law, or on devices that are not yours, is strictly forbidden. You alone are responsible for how you use it, and we may permanently ban the computer of anyone who abuses it.

1. Free licence

S-Tool Pro is provided free of charge for lawful personal and professional device-repair use. You may use it on your own equipment, and for customers who have given you clear permission to service their device.

2. Lawful and authorized use only

You may use the Software only on a device that you own, or that you have clear, verifiable permission from the lawful owner to service. You are solely responsible for making sure every action you take is legal in your country and in any place the device is used. If you are not certain an action is lawful, do not perform it.

3. Strictly prohibited

You must not use the Software to:

  • work on lost, stolen, or unlawfully obtained devices;
  • remove, bypass or reset locks, FRP, activation, passcodes or any security on a device you do not own or are not authorized to service;
  • help theft, fraud, impersonation, or hiding a device's identity;
  • breach any local, national or international law, or the rights of any person or manufacturer.

These prohibitions are strict and absolute. We do not recommend, endorse, assist or support any such use, and it is entirely forbidden. Breaking them ends your right to use the Software immediately.

4. Your responsibility, our disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. You use it entirely at your own risk. You are fully and solely responsible for how you use it and for every consequence, including data loss, device damage, and any civil or criminal liability under the laws that apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S-Tool Pro, its makers and contributors are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from your use or misuse of the Software, and are not responsible for your actions.

5. Device registration and authorization

Some tools may require your device to be registered, for example by IMEI, serial number or ECID, and authorized through our secure server before they will run. By using such tools you consent to this check. It exists to protect users, keep the platform safe, and prevent abuse.

6. Enforcement and hardware ban

We may refuse service and permanently block a computer from our servers if we believe the Software is being used in breach of these Terms or for any unlawful purpose. This block is tied to the computer's hardware and applies to online features; offline features may still work, but online access will not be restored. This is a security measure to protect the community, and it is applied at our sole discretion.

7. No unlawful advice

Nothing on this site or in the Software is an instruction or encouragement to do anything illegal. Guides, warnings and results are for lawful servicing only.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
